Hey there, I want to share how great my experience was with your product. The delivery took no longer than about 9 days which is perfectly fine considering I live in Hungary. The package arrived unharmed and the bracelet is perfect, it looks cool, feels like a quality piece and the size is great too. The box is a nice touch as well, I appreciate your enthusiasm really. There is one recommendation I wanted to give considering the content of the box. I think it would further improve the experience if you have added a card with some item description, a thank you note or anything that would suit the product inside the box. That is the only thing I could think of, besides you have done a fantastic job and I am really happy to have made the purchase. David

I purchased this item as a Christmas gift for a friend.
